The outdoor swimming pool area was beautifully maintained, offering a serene escape from the Tulum heat.

The noise from the generator was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep comfortably during my stay.

The absence of storage space is frustrating!!! Disruptive noise from the generator disturbing sleep!!! Cleaning service was inconsistent, with unclear policies on towel changes!!! The pool could use a thorough cleaning!!!

The King Room with Pool View was perfect! Super cozy, had a balcony, flat-screen TV, and even a coffee machine. The shower was awesome, and the room was quiet right by the pool. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers! Great spot for relaxation.

I had a cozy stay for 4 nights! The stylish room was super comfortable, and having access to a mini fridge and Nespresso machine made it even better. But it felt a bit too much like an Airbnb since there was no staff around.
